Patrick Bluekens

Patrick Bluekens is a professional recruiter with over 10 years experience in headhunting and search for the financial recruitment industry. He began his career at the SThree group, an international FTSE 250 company, where he became of the most successful recruiters in the banking and finance fields, and furthermore, established and ran highly profitable teams, new businesses and sub-brands.

His career also spans the Arrows Group in their first overseas venture, working the technology, risk & finance market before co-founding BlueThorn Executive Search, focused on senior actuarial & risk positions. In early 2011, he decided become a true entrepreneur and operate independently – thus establishing THSRS recruitment, to serve the banking, insurance & financial industry. Patrick’s passion is connecting the right candidates with the right clients; ensuring quality matches with longevity are made. Operating with genuine integrity, his insight and dedication ensures that THSRS is the leading recruiter of choice for the financial market through both professional and social engagement.

Patrick was born in 1971, lives together with Jihane and is the proud father of two beautiful daughters, Elea & Ivanka.
